The N1s Series RS485 Laser Distance Sensor adopts phase-shift laser ranging technology, a high-precision measurement method widely used for short- and medium-range applications. By continuously modulating the emitted laser beam and analyzing the phase difference between transmitted and reflected signals, the sensor calculates distance with millimeter-level accuracy and excellent repeatability.
Compared with simple time-of-flight solutions, phase-shift measurement offers superior precision for small target detection and control, making the N1 Series suitable for applications requiring stable and accurate distance feedback.
With an industrial RS485 interface, wide DC 9–36 V power input, and support for Modbus RTU, the N1 Series integrates easily into PLCs, industrial controllers, and monitoring systems. Its compact design, low power consumption, and wide environmental adaptability make it ideal for continuous industrial operation.
