The L1- 40 laser distance sensor module is developed for embedded and industrial electronic systems that require reliable distance measurement without additional interface circuitry. The module provides distance data via TTL-level UART, enabling direct connection to microcontrollers and embedded processors.
With a measuring range from 30 mm to 40 meters, the module delivers stable millimeter-level resolution and repeatable results suitable for automation control, robotic navigation, and positioning feedback. Multiple serial communication protocols are supported, simplifying firmware integration across different platforms.
The module has been tested for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), making it suitable for use in industrial environments where electrical interference is present. As a PCB-level module, environmental protection is implemented by the host system enclosure.
